It was announced that The CW Television network won’t bring back the Privileged for second season! What?

Too bad. Seems like people love the show and attracted a lot of great reviews on internet.

Seriously, devoted fans really really want this show back!!!!!!

Who knows? Maybe CW probably wasn’t right for this show.

CANON 1D MARK4 COMING SOON!

Canon 1D Mark4

It looks just like the 1D mark3 but as far as I saw from the spec, this camera has so many cool new features that I just cannot wait to play with soon.

I have no comment what so ever at this point since, it’s not out in the market yet and I haven’t got a chance to touch it. All I can say is, I am pretty impressed with the current generation 1D mark3 already.

I have seen a lot of links of reviews out up on the internet and it looks pretty good.

It shoots 10 frames per second, Full HD VDO1080 mode, New DiGic 4 brain, 16.1MP CMOS, Super hi ISO at 12,800!!!! and more…. at the market price around $5000.00

Talented Mr. Tom Malloy

Talented actor, producer, writer, and dancer all in one, Mr. Tom Malloy.

Most recently, Tom wrote, produced and starred in Love and Dancing, a dance film/romantic comedy directed by Rob Iscove. The film also stars Amy Smart, Billy Zane, Betty White and Rachel Dratch.

Tom has acted in other films, including Gravesend, and on television shows including Law & Order, Third Watch, and Kidnapped.

It was a pleasure to get to know and photograph him in Santa Monica.

I didn’t get a chance to go see his movie in the theatre but for sure I will go get the DVD which just came out on Oct, 20th.

Insomnia

It was one night in downtown L.A. when everybody was sleeping, me instead of sleeping I felt like

I wanted to take advantage of the quiet dark road and lonely bright street lamps.

Team up with amazing Joachim Ortiz again with my talented young thai stylist friend from New York, Panadda Sangbuakaew.

Also with gorgeous Abby from Next L.A.

We started late in the afternoon for this Insomnia Story and here is the first opening shot that I snapped on top of my studio roof.

We did 6 looks that night and we all were so exhausted but it was all paid off.

I wanted to experiment how the chip in my Canon D1s Mark3 would react to low ambient light on the street with

a little fill of flash and also headlights from my car.

It turns out great like what you see here. I hope you like them as much as I do.

Few Months ago I got a chance to shoot Damien Wayans, one of the famous Wayans family.

The story has been featured on Risen Magazine online.

We took a lot of pictures that day and we had such a good time.

Craigs Wayans popped up at the end for quick snapshots.

Cannot asked for more This is the new generation of Wayans brothers, the America’s funniest family.

There are so many shots that I really proud of from the shoot that day.

I got some indoor shots with mixing between ambient light and strobes and some from just strobes, and out door with only

self-handheld bounced card that I created from card board as you can see from the VDO below

Please don’t laugh! It looks funny but I got such great results from it every time.

I couldn’t figure out myself why I am so obsessed with the streak of light in the darkness.

For me, Beauty comes from the light and for some reasons I found sexiness within the darkness.

All over the camera world news. New Canon 7D for only $1700

Canon’s Fans out there should be excited to check it out.

The price tag is so attractive for everybody from consumer market to pros.

After I look at the spec. I think the only thing I think 7D (18MP) is lacking of FULL FRAME which has on 5D Mk2(21MP)

but overall looks like 7D kicks ass!

Modern Dog in L.A.

Last June, I got a chance to welcome and did a very quick shoot with my Legendary Rock Band from Bangkok, Thailand

“MODERN DOG”

They came to L.A. to perform their Ting Nong Noi USA tour and I was so excited to be a little tiny part of the show.

How could I miss such a show like this? The show was at the famous Key Club on Sunset Strip where all the

legendary bands from all around the world love to come and perform.

I remembered the first time I saw them on the Christmas Party night at my college about 15 years ago…

till today, Modern Dog still going stronger and stronger with millions of fan base all around the world.

I had my own reasons to pick this shot and it’s kind of hard to explain why. It’s so personal.

I wish one day i could blow this picture up and let them all sign just for me so I can hang it up on my music room

Thanks again for creating such great musics that representing of who you really are.

It’s hard to find nowadays especially, in Thai music industry.

I got a chance to shoot for my talented designer friend, Nataya for her look book again.

Mostly the shot will be using for her online catalog stuff. Majority of the shots we shot the model against the clean white backdrop.

I just like it simple and clean. Focus most on the subject.

We had 2 models ; Jessica and Tine (Christine) that day and they were fantastic.

Too bad that I don’t have her links or email info here. Sorry!

This shot I got had nothing to do with the catalog. I just happened to spot the moment and shot it right out and I love it

One light source and let the rest fall off.

Hot isn’t it?

There are so much more great shots that we got that day beside clean simple shots of the clothes. Nataya took all the shots and do the rest.

She got a very unique Vintage 1920′s-30′s style design to it.

I look closer at her collections and I couldn’t believe how much details I see all over all the dresses I shot.

French Kids, Paris

There is one picture I took in Paris that I decided to print out and hung up on the wall.

It cools me down with the smiles, happiness, warm gentle pure spirits of all the happy kids with their sense of security.

I had no idea what they were talking about. It is full of story telling feels to it that make this picture so special to me.

Just look closely at their expressions and roll your eyes from left to right and right to left and you will know what I am talking about.

I shot this picture in Paris, the number 1 touristy city in the world near by Louvre Museum or Musée du Louvre,

Louvre, one of the largest palaces in the world and, as a former residence of the kings of France.

Now is a largest national museum of France.

The shot made by my old Nikon D100 6 mega pixels camera.

Manual lens with pretty high f-stop.

Next trip I will make sure I carry my Hassy with me. Big but at least I can blow the picture up bigger than 6 MP Lol.
