It was one night in downtown L.A. when everybody was sleeping, me instead of sleeping I felt like
I wanted to take advantage of the quiet dark road and lonely bright street lamps.
Team up with amazing Joachim Ortiz again with my talented young thai stylist friend from New York, Panadda Sangbuakaew.
Also with gorgeous Abby from Next L.A.
We started late in the afternoon for this Insomnia Story and here is the first opening shot that I snapped on top of my studio roof.
We did 6 looks that night and we all were so exhausted but it was all paid off.
I wanted to experiment how the chip in my Canon D1s Mark3 would react to low ambient light on the street with
a little fill of flash and also headlights from my car.
It turns out great like what you see here. I hope you like them as much as I do.

Most people have the occasional night of disturbed sleep. Insomnia is a feeling of not being able to get enough sleep.
